When the OnePlus fans were expecting a new phone from the brand they released the OnePlus 3 Midnight Balck color edition with no hardware or spec change. So now there is something new for the fans, Yes, OnePlus 5 is coming and it will be launched sooner than you expect.
OnePlus 5 May be a beast in ceramics
According to latest rumors, OnePlus 5 may rival the new Samsung Galaxy S8. Yes, the specs seem to so impress, OnePlus 5 will be powered by the new Snapdragon 835 chipset. With the launch new Snapdragon 835 chipset, there is a more performance boost in smaller and compact size.
Unlike other OnePlus flagship phones with 5.5inch display and 1080p resolution, OnePlus 5 is expected to have a larger 5.7inch and quad HD display.
QHD or 2K is 2560 x 1440 pixels and so the phone should have 538 ppi which can highlight more details.
RAM? Details about the RAM is not yet confirmed, since OnePlus 3/3t had 6GB RAM then OnePlus 5 should have 6GB or higher.
OnePlus 5’s Dual Camera and Design
The major factors that make the new OpenPlus attractive are the dual read camera and design. The dual camera feature is particularly important because it will help OnePlus 5 match or beat phones like the iPhone 7 Plus, and now the Xiaomi Mi 6, that use similar dual cameras to offer features like a telephoto lens and portrait blur mode.
Although for now, there are no specific details of the image sensors inside the OnePlus or what kind of lenses it will use. Though we have heard that the front camera will be the same 16-megapixel shooter that made a debut on the OnePlus 3T.
This is 2017 and manufacturers are trying to make more stunning designs, the Xiaomi’s Mi Mix was a dope phone with no bulky bezels, the new Galaxy S8 has curved edges that leave no bezels on the edges.
This time OnePlus seems to go for a similar curved edge design implemented by Samsung which will reduce the bezel and give a more futuristic feel of holding just the display.
According to other sources, the new OnePlus 5 will be having a ceramic body which is also waterproof with an ip68 rating.
